In 2017, Michael transitioned to North Carolina, where he shifted his focus to developing and building commercial properties tailored for the short-term rental market, such as Airbnb and tiny homes built out of shipping containers. His projects, centered on cash flow and profitability, have been instrumental in revitalizing smaller communities and boosting the tourism industry in disadvantaged towns.
